How to get paid.
- Login into horizon and click the messaging link.
- Email Craig Johnson at CIHRA.Treasurer@gmail.com.
- Attach W9 1st page only
- Type out your bank account and routing # in the text of the email.
Process to Register with USA Hockey.
- Become a member and register as an Ice Official
- Attend an officials seminar
- Complete online Education
- Complete your open book test
- Safe Sport Training (18 and Older)
- Receive your crest and referee card from USAH. Start the process
